Quick & Easy Vegan Mac n' Cheeze
- 1 package of Empasta Cheeze Sauce
- 1lb macaroni noodles
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup pasta water
*Drizzle of olive oil
Cook macaroni until al dente.
Add Empasta Cheeze Sauce and 1/4 cup of pasta water to drained macaroni.
Stir until macaroni is evenly coated.
Evenly spread breadcrumbs on top of pasta in oven safe dish and drizzle with live oil.
Place dish under the broiler until the crumbs are golden brown (about 2 min)
